These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website counterbrain.com and the CounterBrain demo (the "Services"), operated by Coopera S.a.s. By accessing the Services, the user accepts these Terms in full.
Scope
The Services include: (a) the counterbrain.com website, presenting the CounterBrain platform, the contradiction methodology, and the Observatory content; (b) the interactive demo at /app, which allows users to experience the critical analysis engine in a demonstrative form.
Nature of the content
All content published on counterbrain.com — including the Observatory, case studies, methodological analyses, and demo outputs — is exclusively informational and methodological in nature.
No content on this website or produced by the demo constitutes, or should be interpreted as, financial, investment, legal, tax, or any other professional advice. CounterBrain is a critical-thinking support tool: analyses produced do not substitute professional judgement and must not be used as the sole basis for decisions of significant economic or personal impact.
Intellectual property
The CounterBrain trademark, the website, the contradiction methodology, editorial content, Observatory texts, and the source code of the Services are the exclusive property of Coopera S.a.s. or their respective licensors.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of the content without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Quotation for study or research purposes is permitted provided explicit attribution is given ("CounterBrain / Coopera S.a.s.").
Acceptable use
- Access to and use of the website and demo are permitted for personal, informational, and product evaluation purposes.
- Prohibited: attempting unauthorised access to systems, automated scraping of content, uploading malicious or unlawful material, or interfering with the correct operation of the service.
- Prohibited: using demo output to produce misleading content, for information manipulation purposes, or in violation of applicable laws.
- Users are responsible for the information they enter into the demo and agree not to input sensitive personal data of third parties without their consent.
Limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is". Coopera S.a.s. makes no warranty of continuity, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.
